مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تأثیر عملکرد خانواده بر اقدام به خودکشی: مطالعه‌ای در شهر اسلام‌آباد غرب

چکیده

یکی از موضوعات تهدید‌کنندۀ جامعه و خانواده خودکشی است. خودکشی یک رفتار چندبعدی است که در نتیجۀ عوامل مختلفی از جمله پیشینۀ خانوادگی، درگیری‌های خانوادگی و.. بروز می‌یابد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تأثبر ارتباط بین عملکرد خانواده و انگیزۀ اقدام به خودکشی است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل 154 نفر است که در سال 1402 اقدام به خودکشی نافرجام کرده‌اند. از بین جامعۀ آماری 99 نفر به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که میانگین سنی آزمودنی‌ها 17/34 و دامنۀ توزیع سنی آنها 13 تا 57 سال است، میزان اقدام به خودکشی مردان بیشتر از زنان است و سطح تحصیلات بالا با انگیزۀ اقدام به خودکشی پایین همراه است و بالعکس. ضریب همبستگی چندگانه بین متغیرهای مستقل داخل معادله با اقدام به خودکشی 1/66 درصد است. R² یا ضریب تعیین به‌دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که 7/43 درصد از واریانس متغیر اقدام به خودکشی به وسیلۀ متغیرهای مستقل تبیین می‌شود. ارتباط ناکارآمد با ضریب بتای 626/0 نسبت به سایر متغیرها بیشترین تأثیر را دارد. متغیرهای عدم درک متقابل و جنسیت بر اقدام به خودکشی اثر مستقیم دارند. همچنین ارتباط ناکارآمد، بیشترین و درآمد، کمترین تأثیر غیرمستقیم در بین متغیرهای تحقیق بر اقدام به خودکشی را دارد.
یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد، بهبود مهارت‌های حمایت اجتماعی اثر محافظتی در برابر رفتارهای خودکشی دارد. عدم تعامل و همدلی در بین اعضای خانواده می‌توانند خطر خودکشی را به طرق مختلف افزایش دهند و کسانی که احساس کمبود مراقبت و عدم توجه والدین دارند، بیشتر در معرض اقدام به خودکشی قرار دارند.
