سنجش نگرش شهروندان اردکانی نسبت به مهاجران و تأثیر آن بر احساس امنیت اجتماعی

چکیده
امروزه مهاجرت به یکی از ویژگی‌های پایدار اقتصادهای باز، یکپارچه و پویا تبدیل شده است؛ به گونه‌ای که اکثر جوامع ثروتمند فراصنعتی در سال‌های اخیر جریان مهاجرت زیادی را تجربه کرده‌اند. مطالعات انجام شده نشان می‌دهد که نسبت مهاجران در یک کشور با نگرش کمتر مطلوب نسبت به مهاجران همراه است. شهر اردکان نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نبوده و در سال‌های اخیر شاهد خیل عظیم مهاجرت به داخل خود بوده است. براین‌اساس هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر سنجش نگرش شهروندان اردکانی نسبت به مهاجران و تأثیر آن بر احساس امنیت اجتماعی است. در پژوهش حاضر از روش پیمایش برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، شامل شهروندان بالای 20 سال شهر اردکان به تعداد 75721 نفر برآورد شده است. جهت انتخاب حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول لین[1] تعداد 381 نفر به دست آمد که با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌های آن از طریق پرسشنامۀ نیمه‌استاندارد گردآوری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تحت محیط ویندوز تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. براساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، شهروندان بسیاری از مسائل و مشکلات اقتصادی، فرهنگی، محیط زیستی و بهداشتی شهر اردکان را متأثر از مهاجران می‌دانند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که بین نگرش کلی شهروندان بومی اردکان نسبت به مهاجران و احساس امنیت اجتماعی رابطۀ معنادار وجود دارد. بین متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی مانند سن، تحصیلات و درآمد با نوع نگرش شهروندان نسبت به مهاجرین تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت. به‌طور کلی می‌توان از نتایج پژوهش این گونه استنباط کرد که نگرش عامۀ مردم اردکان به‌ویژه میانسالان نسبت به مهاجران منفی است. از دیدگاه آنها حضور مهاجران سبب تزلزل ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای اجتماعی شده؛ به گونه‌ای که آمار جرائم و آسیب‌های اجتماعی در این شهر در سال‌های اخیر سیر صعودی و نگران‌کننده‌ای داشته و احساس امنیت با خطر جدی مواجه شده است.
