بررسی تأثیر روحیۀ کارآفرینی بر بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کارآفرینانۀ شناسایی‌شده در علوم اجتماعی

چکیده
افزایش بی سابقه نرخ بیکاری در بین فارغ‎التحصیلان دانشگاهی از یک سو و توانایی نداشتن دولت در استخدام آن­‎ها از سوی دیگر، بیانگر این است که کارآفرینی باید به گونه ­ای جدی‎­تر مدنظر قرار گیرد؛ بر این اساس، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر روحیه کارآفرینی بر بهره‎­برداری از فرصت ­های کارآفرینانه شناسایی­ شده در علوم اجتماعی بود. پژوهش حاضر به روش تلفیقی انجام شده است که طی آن در فرایند پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه ­های عمیق با اساتید و کارشناسان علوم اجتماعی، فهرستی از فرصت‎های کارآفرینانه شناسایی و تنظیم شد و پس از آن، فرایند کمّی در قالب روش پیمایشی آغاز شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان دوره دکتری جامعه‌شناسی در سراسر کشور بودند و 121 نفر از آنان به‌ صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق ترکیبی از مقیاس­ه ای استاندارد و پرسشنامه محقق ­ساخته بود که با استفاده از اعتبار سازه، تعیین اعتبار و با استفاده از همسانی درونی به روش آلفا کرونباخ تعیین پایایی شدند. یافته‎های پژوهش نشان می‎­دهد، روحیه کارآفرینی با ضریب 0.30 و ابعاد مختلف آن، بر بهره­‎برداری از فرصت‎های کارآفرینانه تأثیر معنادار و مثبت دارد. نتیجه اینکه، با شناسایی فرصت‎های کار و کارآفرینی در رشته‎های دانشگاهی و تقویت روحیه کارآفرینی دانشجویان به‌ عنوان یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر بهره­‎برداری از فرصت‎ها، می‎­توان انگیزه و شرایط لازم برای کسب شغل دانشجویان را فراهم آورد.
