چکیده

امروزه، کارآفرینی عامل کلیدی رشد و توسعه شناخته شده است و از آن به‌عنوان مفهومی چندبعدی و دارای ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و زیست‌محیطی یاد می‌شود. کارآفرینی زیست‌محیطی به مفهوم اقدام کارآفرینانه‌ای است که به حفظ محیط‌زیست طبیعی کمک می‌کند. بررسی پژوهش‌ها مبین آن است که مشارکت‌های مردمی ازطریق سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد نقش مهمی در توسعة کارآفرینی برای حفظ زیست‌محیطی ایفا می‌کنند.ﻫـﺪف اصلی اﯾـﻦ پژوهش، شناسایی مؤلفه‌های سازمانی اثرگذار برتوسعۀ کارآفرینی سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد فعال در حوزۀ محیط‌زیست اﯾﺮان بود. روش پژوهش، تحلیلﮐﯿﻔﯽ بود و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات ازطریق مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 12نفر از خبرگانی که درحوزۀ مدیریت سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد و محیط‌زیست دارای تجربه وتخصص بودند،انجام شد.برای نمونه‌گیری از روش گلوله‌برفی ومصاحبه باخبرگان تا مرحلۀ اشباع نظری استفاده شد.با استفاده از روشﮐﺪﮔﺬاری باز و محوری،11 مؤلفۀ اصلی با زیرمؤلفه‌های محوری مرتبطﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽﺷﺪندﮐﻪ بر توسعۀ کارآفرینی سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد فعال در حوزۀ محیط‌زیست اﯾﺮانﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار بودند.ﻋﻮاﻣﻞاصلی اثرگذارﻋﺒﺎرت بودند از:اهداف سازمانی، قابلیت‌های مدیریتی، فرهنگ سازمانی، زیرساخت‌های سازمانی، منابع سازمانی، سطح بلوغ فناوری، فرایند سازمانی، ارتباط با شبکه‌های برون‌سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی، راهبردهای سازمانی و مدیریت دانش سازمانی. نتایج این پژوهش برای همة سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد فعال در حوزۀ محیط‌زیست قابل‌کاربرد هستند.
