Abstract
Changing the global approach towards intelligent consumption is a new and serious issue. This study has been done aimed to design a conceptual model for intelligent management of electricity consumption based on social media and networks, using the thematic analysis technique. The statistical sample of the research encompasses 14 experts using judgmental and snowball sampling. In this research, a semi-structured interview tool was used to collect information. Based on the findings, the intelligent management model of electricity consumption based on social media and networks was identified in 4 categories, including the factors affecting the achievement of widespread and sustainable behavioral adaptation towards intelligent electricity consumption through social media and networks; components and dimensions of achieving widespread and sustainable behavioral adaptation towards intelligent electricity consumption through social media and networks; strategies of intelligent management of electricity consumption through social media and networks, which lead to behavioral and environmental consequences such as improving the level of public knowledge and awareness, increasing responsible and sustainable attitudes, intelligent consumer behavior and improving environmental sustainability.
