Abstract
Positive thinking enables social entrepreneurs to maintain a long-term and goal-oriented focus on addressing social issues, which should be combined with an ethical path to lead to the development of communities. This study examines the dynamics of Islamic work ethic, positive thinking and social entrepreneurship intention of individuals. In this research, which is classified as applied and descriptive research of the correlation type, a questionnaire was used to collect data. The research community consisted of managers and experts in the field of social entrepreneurship of Tabriz Municipality, 100 of whom were selected through targeted and accessible sampling. Data analysis was done with SPSS23 software and structural equation modeling method (PLS SMART software) and the results were used to test the model and check the hypotheses. The findings show a direct and significant relationship between the components of Islamic work ethics (useful work, humanitarian work and independence and usefulness) with the intention of social entrepreneurship in dimensions (centeredness of social mission, innovation, executive interaction, tendency towards sustainability, risk management, action preventive) at a significance level of 0.001 (B=0.402). Also, the positive effect of the mediating variable of positivity on the intention of social entrepreneurship (B=0.527) has had a significant and stronger effect. Islamic work ethic has proven to be a powerful tool for strengthening long-term relationships and enhancing social development in social entrepreneurship. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing Islamic work ethics and positive thinking approach to ensure innovation, executive engagement, sustainability, risk management and preventive action.
