An Investigation of the Relationship between Women's Social Capital and Household Work Division: The Case of Women of 20-50

Abstract
The Present article attempts to investigate the relationship between women's social capital and household tasks division in the family. First, a review of literature and the related theories have been provided. This article has studied a sample of 400 married women in Jiroft for the household work division in their family according to the social capital theory. To collect the data, the quantitative research method was applied through distributing questionnaires. The results show that power structure, number of children, responsive income and social capital, as the major variables of the study, determine 21.5 percent of the household work division pattern.
