Abstract

Despite the progress made by women in all countries of the world, gender differences are still the foundation of social inequalities And at the beginning of the 21st century, humanity likewise to witness is human rights violations, discrimination and violence against half of the world's population. purpose of the current research is to identify the dimensions, components, and factors causing Gender inequality with Meta synthesis approach. This method consists of seven steps that deal with the systematic evaluation and analysis of the results and findings of previous studies. For this reason, the results of previous researches have been collected and analyzed from sources during 2011-2021, and Cohen's kappa coefficient has been used for validity and reliability. Among the primary articles 26 suitable articles were identified. According to the review of cited articles, the result of the research shows 5 main dimensions including Family factors, Economic factors, Social factors, Political factor And cultural factors that explain the category of Gender inequality.
