Abstract
Human capital in the drilling industry, especially in the difficult climatic conditions of Ahvaz and the risky operational environment of the National Iranian Drilling Company, faces erosive challenges in psychological and social dimensions. In such a context, organizational sports are considered more than a recreational activity, as a strategic component in employee retention and well-being. Given environmental uncertainties and lifestyle changes, it is necessary to adopt a forward-looking approach to deeply understand the effects of sports on behavioral variables. In this regard, this study was conducted with a future-oriented approach and descriptive-analytical nature, with the aim of identifying the key drivers of organizational sports in improving the social and psychological dimensions of employees of the National Iranian Drilling Company (Ahvaz). In this regard, using the opinions of a 50-person expert panel and the cross-effects analysis method in Micmac software, the structure of influential variables was identified and a system sustainability map was drawn. The research findings showed that among the 32 main factors affecting the role of organizational sports development in improving the social and psychological dimensions of the employees of the National Iranian Drilling Company, 25 variables have been identified as key and influential. These variables have the most and least impact on the future development of the role of organizational sports development in improving the social and psychological dimensions of the employees of the National Iranian Drilling Company, Ahvaz.
