Abstract
The present study examines the relationship between pluralism and the secularization of education teachers. The statistical population of all the teachers are teaching in the secondary level (first and second) of Isfahan city in the academic year of 1402. The research method is a survey that was selected with the quota sampling method; The data collection tool is a questionnaire and it is cross-sectional in terms of time. The findings of the structural equation model of Amos software show that the estimates related to the fit indices of the model as a whole and the main parameters in all the direct hypotheses of the effect of pluralism on the secularization of teachers as well as the mediator, i.e. the variables of trauma, quality of life and international subculture in relation Between pluralism and secularization, it shows that the developed model is supported by the research data, which is statistically significant and the relationship is direct and strong. Therefore, according to the value of the indirect influence coefficient of the pluralism variable, it can be said that these mediators are direct and partial. In general, the findings of the research indicate the confirmation of Berger's and Habermas' theories and the religiousness and pluralism of education teachers; sometimes it shows the preservation of Paretoian principles in the discussion of religion and adherence to it; But it shows a new form of religion or "deconstruction" or "formlessness of religion".
