Abstract
The current research, based on the foundation's data theory method, seeks to investigate the fact that, from the perspective of the small actors of the stock market in Mashhad, how is the totality of the phenomenon that occurred in this market during the years 2018-2019 described and explained? To answer this question, 25 open interviews were conducted with micro activists in Mashhad. From the text analysis of these interviews, 238 concepts and then 25 primary categories and then 11 main categories have been identified. The core category in the current research is "suspension of planning" and 10 other categories are placed in the form of causal condition, contextual condition, intervening condition, interactions and consequences. The main idea of this research is that from the point of view of micro activists in the city of Mashhad, influenced by the "narrative of getting rich and the dream of wealth"/"considering wishes and desires as reality" as a causal condition, "the departure of the market from the natural process "/"experiencing conflicting emotions and feelings" as an intervening condition, "imagining the analysis and unpredictability of the market"/"the need to earn more money" as a background condition has led to the phenomenon of "suspension of planning" and in response to this, the actors of the wisdom of the acquisition strategy They chose quick wealth and the consequence of "suspension of planning", "experience of failure"/"dual formation of us (people: losers) and them (government and legal: winners)" and finally the current "distrust" in became the stock market.
