Abstract

The current research is designed with the title and main goal of explaining the secularization of teachers (first and second secondary) of education in Isfahan city in the academic year of 1402. The research method is a survey, the statistical population of all secondary school teachers in the six districts of Isfahan city, and the sample size is using spss sample power software with the combined stratification and quota sampling method. were selected The data collection tool is a questionnaire and it is cross-sectional in terms of time. Findings using SPSS software version 26 in connection with two basic hypotheses show that between men and women, in terms of the average variable of secularization and the dimensions of futurism, psychological symptoms, tendencies There is no significant difference between social, lack of tendency to worship and luxury (Sig < 0.05). In the second hypothesis, the estimation of one-way analysis of variance test values indicates that there is a significant difference between people with different work records in terms of the mean of secularization variable (Sig ≥ 0.05). Also, the findings of the structural equation model using Amos Graphic software show that the coefficient of determination of five sociological variables is equal to (R2=0.52). The effect coefficient value of quality of life variables, depression, trauma and internationalization are equal (Beta = 0.36, 0.31, 43, 0.32) and significant at the level (P < 0.05). are. The effect of the pluralism variable on teachers' secularization is equal (Beta = 0.08) and statistically insignificant.
