Abstract

This research has a developmental-applicative purpose and is included in the category of exploratory mixed research. In the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews with experts and thematic analysis techniques were used to design the model. The participants in the interviews included 26 experts who were purposefully selected using the snowball method. The quantitative part was also used to validate the research model with confirmatory factor analysis and Smart PLS software. For this purpose, 384 citizens of Tehran who were selected by a simple random method were asked for their opinion using a questionnaire. Based on the findings of the theme analysis, three levels of micro, medium and macro with 9 components were identified for the phenomenon of vitality. Also, the findings of the quantitative section showed that the research model and all the identified variables are approved. The determination coefficient values ​​for micro, medium and macro levels were calculated as 0.624, 0.581 and 0.532, respectively, which are favorable values. This research was conducted using international reports to compare the level of vitality in Iran and the countries of the Middle East, and the findings showed that the level of vitality in Iranian society is not very favorable. The results of the research showed that the vitality of the society is a multi-dimensional and complex phenomenon, and for its promotion in the Iranian society, a set of factors at the micro, medium and macro levels should be considered and the necessary plans should be made accordingly.
