Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the degree of job satisfaction of the employees of Khorassan General Administration for Technical and Vocational Training and the related factors. The study has been carried out using the sampling method, with the statistical society of the survey consisting of 690 persons, and the sample size of 512 persons. The results shows that independent variables related to the job satisfaction of the employees are the following and in that order: organizational factors, position and place (city) of service. And of the 14 variables related to organizational factors, the following are related to job satisfaction: degree of awareness and control of the manager over informal relations, giving freedom of action to employees and showing concern for the personality of employees, lack of organizational support and enjoying the emotional and intellectual support of employees.
