Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of the quality of life on the attitude towards graduates' competencies among the employers of Mashhad. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the research is private sector employers in the city of Mashhad, based on Cochran's formula, 350 people were selected by judgmental sampling method and from different classes of managers. SPSS and Amos software were used for data analysis. The findings of the research show a significant effect of the quality of life of the graduates on the attitude towards the competencies of the university graduates of Mashhad. The findings showed that the variables included in the model explained a total of 19% of the variance of the graduates' attitude towards competence. The standard estimation values of the structural equation model of the quality of life of the graduates on the attitude towards the qualifications of the graduates were estimated as 0.541. According to the findings, it can be concluded that by improving the quality of life and especially the quality of education in universities and paying more attention to the practical and practical aspects of students' education, their professional and professional qualifications will be increased. In addition, the trustee organizations, especially the alumni centers, should always increase the students' skill training and increase their expertise and mastery according to the needs of the society after graduation.
