The increasing use of virtual networks has had different effects on various aspects of human life One of the most important areas that need to be examined is the field of social relations The purpose of this sociological study is the effect of cyberspace on Social apathy. In this study, 375 students out of 5385 students of Yasouj University were studied as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that was collected online due to the limitations of Covid 19 disease. The results showed that the average incuriosity of students was 95.103 lower than the average of 111. This study also shows that cyberspace is not the only reason for the effect of incuriosity, but the way it is used is effective on the incuriosity of individuals. The test of research hypotheses also shows that the rate of Social apathy among women and workers is lower than men and unemployed students. According to the results of the regression equation, 25% of the changes in social incuriosity are due to the two variables of active participation in the use of social networks and media consumption.
