Abstract

Rural migration is the process of people moving from rural areas to cities. Rural migration to urban is an important issue for all countries. In this study, Investigate the causes of rural migration to urban in Malayer conty (Hamedan province). stutistic Population in this study was people who have migrated from their village and data for this study has collected from the 180 migrant households with using a questionnaire that its validity and reliability has been studied. Due to management the Rural migration, identification the factors caused Rural migration is essential. Migrations are caused by a variety of factors including economic, social and political factors. In this study, an exploratory factor analysis technique in SPSS18 was used to summarize many variables in some factors. The results showed, Five key factors, tend to change lifestyle, natural factors, recreational and cultural factors, economic factors and security factors have influenced the migration. These factors explain 55% of the total variance.
