Abstract

Due to the problems of recent years due to the spread of the epidemic of covid-19 i Due to the uncertainty of the effects of the corona virus and remote working conditions on the organizational belonging, knowing the lived experience of employees has a central role in the analysis of this phenomenon, therefore this research tries to answer the question: "What is the lived experience of teleworkers from organizational belonging and how does it mean. this research is “applied research” in order to answer its main questions, the "phenomenological" research method is used, . the statistical population of this research includes teleworkers of public universities in Razavi Khorasan province that they had telework experience. Purposeful snowball sampling method is used for data gathering. The main criterion in determining the sample size is conceptual saturation. In order to increase credibility in the current research, the method of triangulation and content validity of coding was used, based on the analysis of the interviews and the main themes of ambivalence extracted from the lived experiences of the participants from the teleworking phenomenon, the themes of ambivalence of role load(low-high) ambivalence of work life (happy/ unhappy), isolation, weakening of emotional-normative commitment, organizational laziness in the light of invisible employees, ambivalence is related to positive and negative teleworkers’ experience of organizational belonging, that it can be considered as a Janus faced of teleworking.
