چکیده
تغییرات تاریخی اخیر، شکاف نسلی در ایران ایجاد کرده است. به نظر میرسد که جوانان ایرانی به ارزشهای متفاوتی مقید هستند که اگر بهدرستی شناخته شوند، بیتردید به جلوگیری از درگیریها و چالشهای متعدد در سازمانها کمک میکند. این پژوهش به بررسی تفاوتهای نسلی در ارزشهای فردی در ایران میپردازد؛ بر این اساس، دو مطالعه تجربی انجام شده است. در اولین مطالعه، 71 خانواده ایرانی (شامل 238 فرزند بزرگسال و والدین آنها) از طریق نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی انتخاب شد و برای بررسی تفاوتهای نسلی در ارزشهای فردی آنها، پرسشنامه ارزشهای شوارتز به کار رفت. مطالعه دوم بر جمعآوری اطلاعات دقیقتر از طریق مصاحبه ساختاریافته با 125 تن از اعضای همین خانوادهها برای حمایت از یافتههای مطالعه اول متمرکز است. مطالعه اول تفاوتهای نسلی را در همه ارزشهای موردمطالعه بهجز خیرخواهی نشان داد؛ بهطوریکه نسل جوان، قدرت، موفقیت و لذتگرایی را بر همنوایی و سنت ترجیح میدهند. بهطورکلی، نتایج مطالعات اول و دوم با هم مطابقت داشتند.
